For a confidential, complimentary fifteen-minute consultation to discuss requirements, new clients may contact Dan at 0467 477 786.
A) Payment Policy:
Please be advised that it is necessary to prepay in full for all initial consultations with new clients.
All Online Electronic (Zoom) consultations require prepayment in full.
All other consultation payments for in-person ongoing consultations may be paid with credit card, prepayment, cash or EFT transfer by mutual agreement.

All fees are inclusive of GST.
B) Online Prepayment Policy:
In order to confirm your online appointment at the time of using the online booking system, prepayment is necessary at the time of confirmation to guarantee the appointment time is booked.

C) Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy:
Please give at least 72 hrs notice to change or cancel your appointment otherwise the full fee will be charged. Kindly note that cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will not be accepted.
We acknowledge that there may be instances where matters transpire in ways beyond the clients' control, including extenuating circumstances or emergency situations. Should this circumstance arise with less than 72 hours notice, kindly contact Dan at 0467 477 786 to discuss the matter in greater detail. All cases will be considered on a case by case basis.
Notifications of rescheduling or cancellation must be validated by contacting Dan at 0467 477 786. Post-telephone confirmation of the cancellation or rescheduling will be provided via email. The client shall not consider the appointment cancelled or rescheduled in the absence of a confirmatory phone call and an email confirming the change.
D) Late Appointments Policy:
a) Text message and email reminders will be transmitted to the client prior to their scheduled appointment.
b) “The Melbourne Counsellor” shall allow a fifteen-minute grace period before considering the appointment non-refundable in the event that the client arrives late for the scheduled session.
c) Should the client arrive late for their scheduled appointment, the duration of the appointment will be reduced by the same amount of time that the client was delayed.
